陈晓光（1948—），笔名晓光。河北景县人。从1966年开始诗歌创作，迄今已发表、录制播出歌词、诗近千首，结集出版了《黄河上的太阳——晓光词作歌曲选集》、《晓光歌诗选集》、诗词集《心归何处》，文论集《文化是源远流长的河——晓光文艺谠言录》等。主要作品有《在希望的田野上》、《那就是我》、《在中国大地上》、《光荣与梦想》、《乡音?乡情》、《你会爱上它》、《采蘑菇的小姑娘》、《赤诚的中华魂》、《把心交给祖国》、《我像雪花天上来》、《把心奉献给远方》、《江山》、《从此银河不再遥远》、《曙色》、《心曲——教师的歌》等80多首在全国性歌曲评选中获奖。有些作品被选入高等音乐院校专业教材及中小学语文、音乐课本，并被译成英、日、法等国文字介绍到国外。其中，《那就是我》和《在希望的田野上》被选入联合国教科文组织亚太地区音乐教材并入选"二十一世纪华人音乐经典"。《光荣属于亚细亚》被亚洲奥林匹克理事会确定为亚奥理事会永久性会歌。
