陈小奇（1954—），出生于广东普宁。自1983年开始流行歌曲创作，有两千余首作品问世，约200首作品分获"中国音乐金钟奖"、"金鹰奖"、"中国十大金曲"等各类奖项。代表作品有：《涛声依旧》、《大哥你好吗》、《九九女儿红》、《我不想说》、《高原红》、《为我们的今天喝彩》、《跨越巅峰》、《拥抱明天》、《大浪淘沙》、《灞桥柳》、《烟花三月》及中国第一首企业歌曲——太阳神企业形象歌曲《当太阳升起的时候》等。其中《涛声依旧》自问世以来迅速风靡海内外，并久唱不衰，成为大陆流行歌曲的经典作品，并入选"中国原创歌坛20年50首金曲奖"；《跨越巅峰》、《又见彩虹》及《矫健大中华》则分别被评选为首届世界女子足球锦标赛会歌和第九届全国运动会会歌及第八届全国少数民族运动会会歌；《高原红》、《又见彩虹》获中国音乐界最高奖项"金钟奖"；原创专辑《阿咪啰啰》（容中尔甲演唱）获中国金唱片奖最佳制作奖、音乐专辑《客家意象》获中国金唱片奖评委会创作特别大奖。其词曲作品以典雅、空灵、具有深厚文化底蕴的南派艺术风格独步大陆乐坛。
