李海鹰（1954—），生于广州。主要作品有歌曲《弯弯的月亮》、《我不想说》、《走四方》、《我的爱对你说》、《七子之歌》、《蔓延》、《爱如空气》等等；其中《弯弯的月亮》曾被《北京晚报》列为建国50年来最有影响的10首歌曲之一。另有音乐短剧《过河》、《地久天长》、《不见不散》；音乐剧《未来组合》、《寒号鸟》；影视剧音乐《鬼子来了》、《赛龙夺锦》、《黑冰》、《背叛》、《荣誉》、《亮剑》及动画片《西游记》及《哪咤》。1994年11月19日，他在北京首都体育馆成功举办了"《弯弯的月亮》——李海鹰个人作品演唱会"。
