林夕（1961—），原名梁伟文，生于香港。1980年代中期成为填词人，林夕是香港乐坛创作最多作品的填词人之一，作品包括粤语、国语歌词，其中有不少脍炙人口的作品。林夕曾于1995年至2003年连续九年获得叱吒乐坛填词人大奖，是最长连续夺得该奖项的填词人，又于2006至2009年再度连续四年获叱吒乐坛填词人大奖，他曾在1999年凭王菲的歌曲《脸》及2010年凭张惠妹的歌曲"《开门见山》，两度获得台湾金曲奖的流行类最佳作词人奖。2009年1月18日香港电台举办的2008年度"十大中文金曲颁奖音乐会"上，林夕获得代表香港乐坛最高荣誉大奖——"金针奖"。2012年，林夕荣获"CASH音乐成就大奖"以及"作词家"个人最多新作品演出奖。代表作有《林夕字传》、《左右手》、《至少还有你》、《红豆》、《我》、《侧面》等。
