瞿琮（1944—），湖南长沙人。中国当代诗人、作家、记者、音乐文学理论家。国家一级编剧。出版《瞿琮文集》12卷及音像作品卷《我心如歌》、《真水无香》。创作歌词《颂歌献给毛主席》、《颂歌一曲唱韶山》、《我爱梅园梅》、《帕米尔，我的家乡多么美》、《我爱你中国》、《吐鲁番的葡萄熟了》、《月亮走我也走》、《运动员进行曲》、《蓝精灵之歌》、《祖国万岁》、《情系人民》、《爱情湖》、《共和国选择了你》等两千余首。出任大型西藏乐舞《珠穆朗玛》编剧和大型音?舞?诗《国魂》、中国功夫情景剧《天下少林》、大型音乐舞蹈史诗《邓小平之歌》、大型实景情景表演《吴哥盛典》和全国春节"双拥"晚会及香港国庆晚会的总策划、编剧、撰稿人及艺术指导。作品入选联合国科教文组织的教材和"二十世纪世界华人音乐作品经典"。多次获得中宣部"五个一工程"奖、国家文华奖、国家金鸡奖及国务院文化部奖、国务院广电部金奖、鲁迅文艺奖金、解放军文艺大奖等。
