施光南（1940—1990），出生于重庆。施光南为新中国成立后我国自己培养的新一代作曲家，被称为"时代歌手"。主要作品有：C小调钢琴协奏曲，弦乐四重奏《青春》，管弦乐小合奏《打酥油茶的小姑娘》，小提琴独奏《瑞丽江边》，歌剧音乐《伤逝》，电影音乐《幽灵》，京剧音乐《红云岗》，河北梆子音乐《红灯记》，声乐套曲《革命烈士诗抄》、《海的恋歌》，歌曲《最美的赞歌献给党》，《洁白的羽毛寄深情》、《立功喜报寄回家》、《台湾当归歌》、《摇篮曲》、《吐鲁番的葡萄熟了》、《漓江谣》、《火车司机之歌》、《在希望的田野上》、《打起手鼓唱起歌》，歌剧《屈原》等。其中《祝酒歌》获庆祝建国30周年献礼演出一等创作奖及1980年听众喜爱的广播歌曲评选第一名，并被联合国科教文组织和亚洲文化中心选为在亚洲青少年中推荐的歌曲；《洁白的羽毛寄深情》在听众喜爱的广播歌曲评选中获奖；《吐鲁番的葡萄熟了》在1980年文化部及中国音协主办的优秀群众歌曲评选中获奖；《立功喜报寄回家》在全军第三届文艺会演中获优秀创作奖；《瑞丽江边》、《打起手鼓唱起歌》等已流传国外。
