唐诃（1922—2013），原名张化愚，河北易县人。1938年参加八路军。长期在北京军区战友文工团从事创作。从1940年开始，唐诃创作了2000多首音乐作品，其中包括音乐史诗、器乐曲、歌剧、舞剧及影视作曲。他创作了《在村外小河旁》、《众手浇开幸福花》、《老房东查铺》等流传甚广的歌曲。上世纪60年代，唐诃参与主创了史诗巨作《长征组歌》。改革开放初期，为影片《甜蜜的事业》创作的插曲《我们的生活充满阳光》和为电影《红牡丹》创作的插曲《牡丹之歌》被广为传唱。各地出版社先后出版《唐诃歌曲精选》、《歌曲制作漫谈》、《歌曲创作讲座》、《唐诃散文集》、《唐诃行书册》以及作品单行本等数十种。
