韦唯（1963—），原名张菊霞， 出生于内蒙古呼和浩特。流行歌手、作曲人和演员、国家一级演员，活跃于演艺界和歌坛。14岁开始出道，靠一首《爱的奉献》唱红了全国，再以《亚洲雄风》唱红了半个世界。个人代表作《爱的奉献》《亚洲雄风》等。从《爱的奉献》、《亚洲雄风》、《命运不是辘轳》、《今天是你的生日》、《让我再看你一眼》等等，到《和从前不一样》、《你让我心醉》、《阳关大道》等，韦唯演唱并录制了上千首歌曲，她曾出版的唱片总销量高达2千万，而她在中国和世界其它国家的演出超过上万场。韦唯被认为是当代中国最杰出的歌手之一。中国的主流媒体把韦唯称呼为"中国的惠妮休斯顿"、"中国的麦当娜"和"中国的席琳迪翁"等等。她不但可以演唱中文和英文歌曲，并且在中国及海外与中国相关的大型活动仪式和电视节目经常受邀出席演出，她也常常获邀代表中国出席参与一些国际性的活动。
