张藜（1932—），辽宁大连人。1945年就读于大连一中，1948年进东北鲁艺戏剧系攻读文学，1950年毕业于东北鲁艺文学研究室。毕业后留校从事文学创作，1955年入北京师范大学中文系从教，后历任沈阳音乐学院教师，吉林省歌舞剧院、吉林省作家协会专业作家，北京中央民族乐团创作室专职创作员，为国家一级编导。著有歌词《亚洲雄风》、《篱笆墙的影子》、《苦乐年华》、《命运不是辘轳》、《不白活一回》、《苦篱笆》、《我和我的祖国》、《鼓浪屿之波》、《女人不是月亮》、《半边楼》、《运河人家》、《情债》、《山不转水转》等，作品集《歌诗之路》、《百灵鸟》、《相思潮》、《张藜歌诗三百首》、《张藜歌诗评论集》、《草原上有个美丽的传说》等。《篱笆墙的影子》选入"二十世纪华人经典"。《亚洲雄风》获亚运会歌曲大奖，《篱笆墙的影子》、《山不转水转》、《苦乐年华》等也曾获奖。
