郑秋枫（1931—），辽宁丹宁人。著名军旅作曲家。代表作品：歌曲《我爱你，中国》、《帕米尔，我的家乡多么美》，儿童歌曲《蓝精灵之歌》，舞剧《五朵红云》，六运会会歌《中华之光》等。舞剧《五朵红云》获1959年建国十周年优秀作品奖；管弦乐曲《乡音》获第二届羊城音乐花会优秀作品奖；儿童歌曲《蓝精灵之歌》获首届全国少儿歌曲作品比赛银奖；声乐作品《我爱你中国》荣获1981年中央文化部优秀作品一等奖、2000年"金鹿杯"百年观众最喜爱的十首电影歌曲奖；歌曲《中国女兵进行曲》1986年获第二届解放军文艺奖，以及《春天来了》、《帕米尔，我的家乡多么美》、《美丽的孔雀河》、《毛主席关怀咱山里人》、《我爱梅园梅》等40余首作品获奖。1987年被列为中国十大音乐家，举办多次个人作品音乐会。
