马世斌，男，汉族，1971年11月生，中共党员，系中国音乐家协会会员、福建残疾人艺术团副团长。现为福州歌舞剧院独唱演员。

　  由福建音像出版社发行VCD个人演唱专辑《妹子你别走》，盒带《真想回家》。曾荣获全国文艺展演金奖；福建省第九届音乐舞蹈节声乐比赛第一名；第五届全国新人新作歌手选拔大赛金奖；第十届全国青年歌手电视大奖赛银屏奖；第四、五届全国军旅新曲音乐电视（MTV）大赛分别荣获银奖和铜奖。并在中央军事栏目滚动播出。2001年6月，接受中央电视台“灿烂星空”栏目采访，央视第三套文艺频道播出个人专访《八闽大地上的小西部歌王》。
