冯霞，中共党员，中国煤矿文工团青年歌唱家。毕业于中国音乐学院。社会职务：中国文联文艺志愿者、北京音乐家协会会员、中国艺术家协会会员、中国广播电视协会音乐委员会会员、中国大众音乐协会会员、北京市聪明娃娃幼儿园艺术团名誉团长、联合国亚洲大洋洲国际少儿艺术节声乐评委。
2004年4月演唱《瑶山青》获得中央电视台"第十一届全国青年电视歌手大奖赛"北京赛区民族组二等奖；
2004年5月代表北京电视台参加中央电视台"第十一届全国青年电视歌手大奖赛"，演唱《瑶山青》获得全国荧屏奖；
2004年11月演唱《瑶山青》获得"第三届金色彼岸之声全国新人新作歌手选拔大赛"民族唱法专业组金奖；
2006年参加中央电视台第十二届全国青年歌手大奖赛民族组进入个人决赛演唱《寻根》和《瑶山青》获全国优秀奖；
2007年入选第一届"华鼎奖"中国最受欢迎演艺名人前30名；
2007年获中国煤矿文工团建团60周年"艺术成就"荣誉证书；
2009年获第三届"华鼎奖"中国演艺名人颁奖盛典"十大演艺界新人道德修养奖第二名"；
2010年代表煤矿文工团参加中央电视台第十四届全国青年歌手大奖赛民族组进入团体决赛获全国优秀奖；
2015年在香港举办的亚洲国际声乐节中荣获"中国民族歌唱家-----优秀歌唱家"称号。
多次参加中央电视台青年歌手大奖赛获央视全国优秀奖和荧屏奖。多次担任中国地质大学校园歌手大赛及北京市海淀区歌手大赛的评委。2015年初担任亚洲大洋洲国际少儿艺术节声乐比赛类的评委。曾多次参加中央电视台《民歌中国》、《天天把歌唱》、《乡村大世界》、《艺苑风景线》等栏目、晚会和湖南卫视春晚等地方电视台晚会和节目的录制。曾拍摄歌曲《寻根》，《牵心牵挂，天佑中华》等音乐电视在中央电视台和地方台播出，拍摄《瑶山情》纪录片并为纪录片演唱主题曲《瑶山青》。2009年5月代表中国侨联出访南非，纳米比亚和博兹瓦纳等国慰问演出。2014年参加由联合国、文化部、中央电视台举办的第六届亚洲大洋洲国际少儿艺术节开幕式的演出。2014年参加第十三届华鼎奖中国百强电视剧满意度颁奖晚会并跟张凯丽、王姬、蔡少芬等众多影视界明星共同走红毯。2009年在第三届"华鼎奖"中国演艺名人满意度调查中获"道德修养新人奖"。出版发行个人专辑《相逢霞韵》，专辑在各地新华书店和全国音乐院校书店发行出售。拍摄多首歌曲《寻根》、《牵心牵挂、天佑中华》MV等在中央电视台播出。代表作品有：《中国梦鼓》、《瑶山青》、《寻根》、《茉莉花的联唱》等。
