陈苏威,青年男高音歌唱家,1979年出生于江苏苏州。
2010年获CCTV第十四届全国青年歌手电视大奖赛金奖。并多次在国外声乐大赛中获奖，先后获得意大利"Ritorna Vincitor"国际声乐大赛第二名、意大利"Maria Caniglia"国际声乐比赛第二名和意大利"Myricae"国际声乐比赛第一名。
陈苏威毕业于上海音乐学院声乐系,师从顾平教授和周小燕教授,后赴乌克兰柴科夫斯基音乐学院学习,获硕士学位。并和基辅大剧院合作演出了歌剧《丑角》、《茶花女》、《叶甫根尼•奥涅金》。2005年归国后跟随旅意男低音歌唱家，意大利共和国骑士栾峰教授继续学习。2007年获得栾峰骑士授予的意大利政府奖学金，以访问学者身份赴意大利罗马"Santa Cecilia"音乐学院访问学习。访问期间，作为唯一的外国人参加了意大利国家电视台"歌剧面对面"节目的录制。
2013年应中央电视台邀请担任第十五届全国青年歌手电视大奖赛美声组评委。
2014年陈苏威演唱的歌曲《回答》在第十届全军文艺汇演中获得作品和演唱双金奖。荣立个人三等功。
先后多次在乌克兰、意大利、印度尼西亚等国家;国内北京、上海、广州、武汉等地成功举办个人独唱音乐会。
