周旋、是当代著名的青年女高音歌唱家、国家一级演员、全国青年联合会委员、中国十大女高音歌唱家、中国音乐家协会会员、杭州电子科技大学客座教授、香港国际音乐交流促进会会长、香港周旋艺术中心主席、香港盛世太和艺术中心主席。她凭著甜美嗓音、宽广的音域加之极具感染力的演唱，被誉为“新一代金嗓子”，更被香港媒体称之为“国宝级高音天后”。周旋曾先后在北京和香港成功举办了五场个人独唱音乐会，出版了八张个人专辑。周旋音乐方面的造诣荣获多方肯定，获奖无数，包括中国金唱片奖、国际华人声乐比赛金奖、国家广播电影电视总局“金号奖”、浙江音乐奖艺术成就奖、文化部优秀歌手大赛奖项等众多国内外大奖。多次应邀参加文化部、公安部、中央电视台、文联、侨联等一系列重要文化演出活动。先后前往美国、加拿大、法国、德国、意大利、西班牙、葡萄牙、荷兰、日本、新加坡、印度尼西亚等国家访问演出。
