薛淳（1961—），中央民族乐团作曲家，指挥家。先后就读于中央音乐学院民乐系、中国音乐学院器乐系、中央音乐学院指挥系。为世界华人艺术家协会副主席，中国音乐家协会会员，中国合唱协会会员，中国音乐家协会合唱联盟会员，中国民族管弦协会会员，中国音乐文化促进会会员，北京音乐家协会会员等。 多年来，一直从事乐队训练、合唱训练以及各类音乐教育工作。从事过多年的电视艺术编导工作。现在中央民族乐团艺术创作中心从事声乐作品创作工作，创作了大量的各种题材、体裁的声乐作品，如：《中国结》、《爱不够的中华》、《爱上了秋天》、《爱在北京城》、《爱要走，情难留》、《爱走了》、《白白，李白》，《北京的门》、《祖国礼赞》等近千首，是一位高质多产作曲家。
