何建华，笔名江枫、朱穆等，甘肃省民勤县人。毕业于兰州师范专科学校（现兰州城市学院）中文系，其后进修于上海音乐学院作曲系。现为世界华人音乐家协会秘书长。《华人音乐家》杂志总编辑。大型音乐活动策划人。香港五洲传媒集团有限公司董事兼总经理，北京浩歌行影视广告有限公司总经理

主要业绩：

一、创作：

中学时代即开始诗歌创作。其后多年坚持从事文学和音乐创作。文学方面著有电影文学剧本《莫高传奇》和《非常组合》等。另有《十载京华梦——何建华日记摘抄》自2007年起在《音乐人》杂志连载后广受关注和好评。音乐方面创作歌词、歌曲作品100多首，发表于《歌曲》、《词刊》、《军营文化天地》、《音乐周报》、《音乐生活报》等国内众多音乐报刊。1990年曾在甘肃举办过两场个人作品音乐会，甘肃电视台两次报道，开创了当时国内业余曲作者举办个人作品音乐会的先河。

二、编辑：

曾为《乐器》杂志（由中国轻工业联合会主管，国家轻工业乐器信息中心、中国乐器协会、北京乐器研究所主办）编辑、记者。1999年创办《电脑音乐报》，后改名为《音乐人》，最后更名为《华人音乐家》。历时十四年，发行130期。主编并出版了数量众多的图书、CD光盘。系列音乐书籍《当代歌手喜爱的歌》已出版19辑，《当代中国歌词大观》已出版11辑。为海内外180多位词曲作者编辑、出版个人作品专著近200部。通过中国唱片总公司、中国音乐家音像出版社策划、出版CD、DVD光盘20多张。其中《中国作曲家优秀歌曲作品集锦》系列影响较大。

三、活动策划：

自2003年以来，曾与中国音乐文学学会、中国大众音乐协会、中国社会音乐研究会、中国音乐文化促进会、中国少数民族音乐学会、中国文化管理学会、文化部东方文化艺术院、中国声乐学会、中国民族器乐学会、北京音乐家协会、世界华人音乐家协会、中央人民广播电台文艺中心、中国唱片总公司等单位合作，成功举办了大量的文艺活动。如："北极星杯"全国词曲创作比赛已举办了20届；"歌坛在行动"全国词曲创作比赛连续举办了五届；"北极星群英杯"全国词曲创作笔会连续举办了十届；"金色彼岸之声"全国新人新作歌手选拔大赛连续举办了九届，其获奖选手司红军、东晓、冯霞、马世斌等都曾进入中央电视台青歌赛总决赛；"民族之声"全国词曲作品征集暨歌手乐手选拔活动举办了两届。还策划举办过"2006：相约张家界"、"2008：相约北京"、"2010：相约上海"、"2011：相约港澳"全国词曲作品征集和歌手乐手大赛、 2012"青春之声"全国青少年才艺展演、2013北京国际"中国唱法"音乐节、2013北京国际青少年音乐节、2014亚洲国际音乐节等大型文艺活动。中央电视台、香港凤凰卫视、《歌曲》杂志、《音乐周报》、《音乐生活报》及国内二十多家电视台都做过相关活动报道，在音乐界和社会上产生了广泛的影响并收到了良好的声誉。
