冯其伟，广东人。"文革"期间的老三届，上山下乡知青，中文大专学历，热爱文艺创作特别是小说和歌曲创作。曾在省级报刊上发表过短篇小说，30多万字的长篇武侠小说"南天风云"正在网上发表。近年来原创歌曲创作多次获奖（词、曲均为本人创作），主要有：《来吧姑娘》（2011年首届"五洲杯"中国赛区金奖）、《为了明天》（2012"第二届民族之声"金奖）、《兵恋》（"音乐中国——2011"银奖）、《中国风》（2011年"唱支颂歌给党听"三等奖）、《请到我的家乡来》（2011年"庆祝建党九十周年"三等奖）。
