邱俊江，厦门鼓浪屿人。世界华人音协会员，中国当代艺协音乐委员、客座教授。1963年由鼓浪屿侨中"上山下乡"到同安三秀山农场，任文艺部副主任，负责教导"知青"业余歌咏活动；同期步入攻读函授与自学自练相结合的音乐创作进程。1975年返城"补员"，任厦门人防工地宣传干事兼分队长。1985年应聘充当台湾木业联合公司总经理，任职十二年便辞职回家开设"聊斋"免费茶座，专门搜集闽南民间传统音乐素材（请参阅《新华网》"访《海峡组歌》词曲作者邱俊江"）。下乡期间，曾获"全国青年文艺创作者代表大会代表"资格；2005年，音乐论文《闽南歌的自然韵律和特定音程》发表于《音乐周报》（即《中国音乐报》）。本人作词、作曲并演唱的歌曲：《咔讲嘛是闽南话》获厦门"十佳"原创音乐作品奖；《鹭江中秋夜》获第三届厦门中秋博饼节主题歌词奖；《春满鹭江》入选厦门市委宣传部《鹭岛飞歌六十年》歌曲集；《相聚鼓浪屿》获全国首届唱我家乡原创词曲选拔赛"创作成就奖"；《欢呼您的名字》（原名《妈祖》）入选《感动中国推荐歌曲精品集》；《新歌新调新禾山》及高敏作词，本人作曲的《蔡圹民间"110"》获"特区音乐创作奖"。
