李益双，艺名普曼，天津人，现系中国音乐著作权协会会员，黑龙江省音协会员，中国大众音协会员，中国音乐家俱乐部理事会员。自幼喜爱唱歌，小学阶段用积攒的零用钱买了一本"抒情歌曲集"，小学没毕业便唱会了每一首歌，不知不觉中就学会读简谱，到初中一年级开始便在音乐老师的手风琴伴奏下在校内外独唱了，从此随着年龄的增长对音乐的爱好与日俱僧，初中毕业被保送进入中师学习，在音乐老师的指导下，自学手风琴演奏、基本乐理、声乐基础等音乐基本知识，中师毕业后任中学音乐教师10余年。在组织学生合唱活动中完成了大专音乐教育课程。1973年开始调铁路局机关宣传部门工作，后任铁路江上俱乐部领导工作，在组织职工业余文艺演出活动等方面开始了群众歌曲的音乐创作，由于成绩突出被全国总工会授予"全国工会职工文化先进工作者称号"及"中华全国铁路总工会授予全路先进职工文化工作者"，1998年退休后补聘为职工业余艺术团艺术总监，组织业余团队活动中开始为群众歌曲先后谱曲，大部分歌词选自词刊，《天边飞彩霞》《我们是快乐的列车员》《大爱》等歌曲参加哈尔滨之夏演出并受到好评，另有"邀请世界"、"兰花海"被分别收到《共和国60周年优秀词曲精选》及《唱响保山》歌集中，先后有"邀请世界"、"童年的小河"、二首歌曲获全国音乐比赛金奖。"我们是快乐的列车员"获银奖。
