蒋安民，湖南人。1983年发表词作，至今已发表200余首。现为中国音乐文学会会员，中国音乐著作权协会会员，福建省音乐家协会会员，省音乐文学会会员。主要作品有：歌曲《青春的足迹》（葛礼道曲）1984年上海唱片社录制唱片；词作《北方啊北方》1986年9月号大连"星海词报"专版发刊（共6首）；歌曲《同唱一首奉献歌》（史跃进曲）获1996年总政文化部"军营歌曲"评选一等奖；1994-1997年连续三届获海军"金锚"文艺制作奖；1986年出版《海缘》个人歌词专集（广西民族出版社，08年歌曲《问祖寻宗》（何群茂曲）收录《福建音乐家优秀歌曲选》。
