刘巨真，大连普兰店人。1961年9月青岛新声音乐学校函授三年毕业。1967年8月辽宁财经学院计统系统计专业毕业。（学生会文化部长）1968年9月沈炮3329部队接受再教育（炊事员）。1969年9月辽宁省朝阳市喀左蒙古族自治县，历会计、县秘书、后为县统计局局长兼农调队长。1989年7月大连市普兰店市统计局副局长、市政协委员。2002年1月退休，业余写作和谱曲。2003年3月被普兰店市慈善总会授予"一星级义工"称号。2011年7月被普兰店市丰荣办事处和党委授予"道德模范"称号。2012年9月普兰店市作家协会顾问。2012年12月世界华人音乐家协会会员。主要专业与音乐活动如下：在职期间，发表省级统计论文5篇，发表通讯报导、调查报告、报导文学、散文诗等近百篇。八十年代为喀左县财贸业余宣传队编导。退休后，曾为普兰店市蓝天幼儿园谱写歌曲《蓝天幼儿园之歌》园歌（颜延奎词），发表过谱曲《田间，我童年的摇篮》、《伸出你的手、捧出我的心》（均姜凤清词）。参赛的《相约莲城》（姜凤清词）在"音乐•中国2011"全国优秀词曲新作、歌手、乐手大型音乐展示活动中，获作曲金奖。
