王毅，贵州省金县人。系金县畜牧开发总公司（官办）总经理、县苗学会副会长兼秘书长。工作几十年来，有多篇论文、散文、诗歌、歌词、小品文发表各相关报刊杂志。其中散文《杉树林情思》被上世纪九十年代《贵州林业》杂志幸刊刊载；歌词《山村夜景美如画》2009年被 "神州歌海"征歌组委会评为金奖作品；歌词《梦》2010年被"神州歌海"征歌组委会评为金奖作品，《思念》被评为银奖作品；歌词《苗乡印象》2010年被首届"民族之声"大型系列音乐活动评为银奖作品；歌词《靓丽的橱窗》2010年被"2010相约上海"全国作品征集选拔活动被评为银奖作品；歌词《乡村新貌》2010年被江西省《心声》歌刊杂志全国歌曲大赛评为三等奖作品并刊载；歌词《幸福乡村》2011年被"颂歌献给党"组委会评为银奖作品。
