王杰刚：四川省彭县(现为彭州)人。系原新疆兵团音协会员，中国大众音协会员，中国音乐著作权协会会员，中国国际专家学者联谊会会员，世界文化艺术研究中心研究员。一九六一年工作以来，曾从事过文艺、农业、农机、教育、建筑、个体企业等多种职业，工作中干一行、爱一行、钻一行，几乎在所有的岗位上都以出色的成绩被评为先进或模范，屡屡受到表扬和奖励。有早期的"五好职工"、"先进个人"、"红旗突击手"教育战线的"优秀教师，，建筑和企业的"先进工作者"等诸多荣誉。从教时所铺导的学生课余"科技小组"的作品曾参加自治区成立三十周年青少年科技作品展，并荣获二等奖，个人先进事迹，曾在一九八四年"新疆教育''第五期作过专题报导。本人自幼喜好音乐，擅长二胡、六十年代曾在文工队担任乐器演奏和音乐创作。八十年代初爱上歌曲创作，坚持函授自学，并有幸得到周吉、傅晶老师指点，发表了《青春吟》《知识就是力量》等歌曲。后因忙于生活一度中断了创作，直至二O0五年才再度恋上歌曲创作，契而不舍。先后创作歌曲四百多首，二O0六年以来共有六十余首歌曲分别发表于多种报刊杂志及歌曲集，并有近三十首歌曲在全国各大赛事分获金、银、铜优秀等多种奖项。在中国第三届群众创作歌曲大赛荣获、金、银、铜三种奖项，在中国民族歌曲演创大赛中荣获民歌金品金奖和银奖。在"爱我中华、共和国六十华诞礼赞"系列音乐活动中荣获歌曲创作金奖。2008年荣获全国"飞龙榜"词曲作品评选"歌曲专版类"，金奖。在全国校园歌曲创作大赛中获二、三等奖，在第七、八、九届"北极星群英杯"全国词曲创作笔会、第十六启"北极星杯"全国词曲创作比赛以及2007和2008"歌坛在行动"全国词曲创作比赛，"风采"杯第九、十一届全国词曲创作大赛，(2008相约北京新创作歌曲及演唱评选活动》中都获银奖三等奖及优秀奖等。代表作有《青春吟把吉祥送给你》、《有爱的地方就是故乡》、《走过自己》、《新疆、新疆我的家乡》、《和谐中国》、《妈妈，我今天不回家》、《你是一个好党员》、《我的爱对你说》、《青青的草原》、《我们不能没有你》、《我的祖国我的家》、《堂堂中国话》、《祖国吉祥》等。在"中国音乐杯"首届世纪华人原创歌曲邀请赛中获作曲金奖，在第二届"民族之声"全国声乐、器乐作品征评活动获歌曲创作金奖，在"音乐中国——2011"全国优秀词曲新作选拔活动中获词曲银奖。《永远的承诺》一歌入选《颂歌献给党——全国优秀原创词曲作品精选》一书。本人连续多年被聘为"北方歌词"、"华人歌词"特邀主编。个人在音乐创作上所取得的成绩曾受到媒体的关注，在当地州、县电视台、广播电台以及报纸曾作过专题报导。被有关部门授予"和谐社会建设突出贡献人物"、"推动中国社会进步突出贡献人物，，以及"中国专家学者三十年贡献人物。"共和国杰出贡献人物"等荣誉称号。个人业绩已被收入《中国知名专家学者辞典》第三卷，《世界优秀专家人才名典中华》第四卷，《红旗谱——永远的丰碑》，《中华魂——中华百业创新人物大典》第二卷，《中华名人铭鉴》、《世界人物辞海》、《世界名人录》、《中国专家名人辞典》等十余种辞书典籍。
