陈康腾，浙江苍南人。世界华人舞蹈联合会会员，中国音乐舞蹈艺术家协会会员，浙江省舞蹈家协会会员，温州市流行音乐学协会理事，苍南县1+1爱心艺术团艺术学校校长，龙港镇文联委员，龙港镇舞蹈协会会长。1999年12月，谱曲《中国好戏连台》入编新世纪全国校园歌曲作品集，同时也获得了新世纪全国校园歌曲优秀曲作家称号；2001年11月，荣获苍南县建县20周年文艺汇演表演"金奖"；2001年12月，荣获龙港镇文联10周年创作成果最高奖"青龙奖"；2002年4月，荣获温州市非公企业庆"五一"文艺汇演表演"金奖"；2002年7月，荣获龙港镇首届"双鹿杯"青年通俗歌手电视大奖赛"三等奖"。2003年3月，荣获温州市学习雷锋、志愿服务先进个人荣誉称号；8月，荣获全国浙江赛区群星奖"入围奖"；9月，荣获苍南县首届文化艺术节独唱"二等奖"；2004年8月，荣获全国浙江赛区群星奖"金奖"；2004年9月，参加全国第七届艺术节开幕式演出并获得"金奖"；2004年9月，荣获全国表演唱歌曲大赛"银奖"；2004年10月，荣获温州市第十二届音舞节表演"金奖"；2009年，被评为龙港镇群文先进工作者。2010年9月，被评为"弘扬尊者爱幼、共建和谐苍南"系列公益活动先进个人；2010年9月，导演一"弘扬尊者爱幼、共建和谐苍南"系列公益晚会；2012年7月，受韩国庆尚北道政府邀请，编排的舞蹈《锦鸡炫美》荣获中韩两国文化交流比赛金奖；2012年12月，编著了一册由中国文联出版社出版的《瓯语童谣》书籍。
