张宝兴，笔名张宝星，北京人。系中国音乐著作权协会、北京作家协会会员。在《草原歌声》、《音乐生活》、《心声歌刊》、《歌海》、《儿童音乐》、《华伦音乐家》、《歌曲》、《广播歌选》、《词刊》等刊物上发表词、歌曲（经人谱曲）数百首。歌词经人谱曲被刘斌、王丽达、黄华丽、吴娜、王宏伟等歌唱家演唱，在央视、北京电视台，北京广播电台播出，在北京人民大会堂演出。《献给祖国》获中国音协"晨钟奖"，《红红火火大中华》在安徽卫视春晚演出；《老百姓愿意跟着你》在人民大会堂演出；《祝福你，祝福我》在央视首届社区春晚演出。
