董宪瑞，男，72岁，俄罗斯族，退休干部。曾在内蒙古额尔古纳旗乌兰牧骑、拉布达林农牧场中学、农牧场政治处及辽宁省宽甸县文化馆、珠海浪漫之城系列丛书编委会等单位和部门工作。

本人自幼喜好文学艺术，几十年来先后在呼伦贝尔日报、珠江晚报、珠海特区报、广东工商报、老年报、杂文报、北京晚报、民族文学、民族音乐、世界华文作家、词刊、歌曲等国内外几十家报刊杂志上发表散文、小说、诗歌、歌词、歌曲等1800余篇（首），其中歌词、歌曲700余首。文学曾用名千里草、王山而、老马、冬野、夕翁等。出版著作有散文集《夕翁漫笔》、《故乡行》、《消失的摇篮》，长篇小说《异国情缘》，小品集《还是女儿好》以及纪实文学《额尔古纳华俄后裔》、《珠海少儿之星》、《额尔古纳俄罗斯族》，歌词集《巨龙颂》、《祖国颂》，少儿歌词集《蓓蕾之歌》等十余部，近500万字；并于2013年在《长白山词林》出版"董宪瑞作词歌曲专辑"（2013年10、11期合刊），收录本人作词歌曲298首。各类作品包括音乐作品在国内获金、银、铜等各种奖项达60余次。

曾为丹东市群文协会会员，珠海市诗词学会、摄影家协会会员，珠海"浪漫之城系列丛书"执行主编，香港《老年社区》杂志特邀编委；现为中国音乐著作权协会、中国少数民族音乐学会、中国少数民族作家学会、世界华文作家联合会、世界华人音乐家协会会员，《华夏文学》特约作家，内蒙古俄罗斯民族研究会理事等。2005年获"珠海市有为老人"称号；2009年入选《建国六十周年全国优秀词曲、音乐教师人物辞典》；2010年入编《中华音乐优秀词曲作家、作品收藏大典》及《感动中国·辉煌五年——全国百位杰出音乐人物辞典》，并荣获"感动中国音乐风云人物杰出成就奖"。
