聂建亮，男，汉族，1989年2月 出生，吉林省（吉林市）永吉县人，大学本科学历，2012年毕业于内蒙古科技大学英语专业，英语翻译方向。2012年3月，全国英语专业八级考试中，取得了内蒙古包头市第一名的成绩，毕业后在非洲从事驻外英语翻译工作。从小深受父亲影响，无数次接触东北地方戏曲二人转以及吉剧艺术，现任吉林省二人转艺术家协会会员，并师从吉林省著名二人转表演艺术家、川剧变脸表演艺术家、吉林省吉剧院 国家二级演员闫丰，学习吉剧演唱技巧。2008_2012年，就读于内蒙古科技大学英语专业。期间，多次前往内蒙古包头市民族歌舞剧院 （蒙古长调歌后 宝音德里格尔的亲传弟子）蒙古长调女高音歌唱家、国家一级演员敖登高娃家中求学，学习民族声乐演唱技巧以及蒙古长调发声技巧。2010年 5月参加蒙牛酸酸乳.梦想音乐学院,全国歌手比赛，荣获内蒙古包头赛区决赛第四名，并于同年9月 作为特约嘉宾 出席了蒙牛公司2010年年度业绩表彰大会、席间演唱了一首＂映山红＂赢得大家一致认可。同年参加了内蒙古科技大学校园歌手比赛，荣获个人独唱一等奖。大学毕业后，多次前往闻名于西方国家的我国著名声乐教育家潘乃宪先生家中求学，也数次跟从辽宁省丹东市歌舞团，国家一级演员，女高音歌唱家陈学红学习声乐。2013年年底，参加吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州延吉市的延吉好声音歌手比赛，取得好成绩，获金达莱杯。
主要成就：2013年6月，发行原创歌曲"天边的勒勒车"（词曲：温晓光），因而被大家所熟知。目前，正在制作本人的第二首原创歌曲"梦回拉萨"（作词：崔保民 作曲：何启安）。为我国著名蒙古族女中音歌唱家德德玛老师推荐若干首原创歌曲并辅助策划出版其下一张个人原创歌曲演唱专辑，其中，本人已推荐并将辅助策划原创歌曲"故乡"（作曲.柳永根）以及歌曲"美丽的草原我的家"的姊妹篇"美丽的草原我的爱"（作词：崔保民）的出版发行事宜。本人相继被聘为：中国音乐家协会中国声乐学会会员、世界华人音乐家协会会员、中国音乐舞蹈艺术家协会会员、吉林省音乐家协会会员、吉林省延边朝鲜族自治州音乐家协会会员、吉林省永吉县音乐家协会理事、吉林省二人转艺术家协会会员、吉林省永吉县戏曲家协会会员。2014年10月10日 被 "唱响中国梦，火火中国人.中国民间音乐艺术公益展演活动"组委会聘为 公益形象大使。
