贾学善 男1964年生人，籍贯内蒙古，祖籍河北，大学学历。现任职世界华侨华人社团联合总会艺术委员会副秘书长，世界华人音乐家协会副秘书长，世界华侨华人（北京）国际文化艺术交流中心主任、艺术总监，北京华人爱乐交响乐团演出有限公司法人代表、总经理、北京华人爱乐交响乐团团长。系中国音乐文学学会会员、中国少数民族音乐学会会员、中国音乐著作权协会会员、中国世界华人作家艺术家协会会员，作为当代词作家入编《中国音乐家辞典》（2006修订版、2008增订版）和《中国当代作家大辞典》。贾学善多年从事音乐文学和歌词文艺创作，1997年以来有大量歌词文艺作品及音乐文学作品在报刊发表，部分作品获省市级和国家级奖项。代表作品有《时代颂歌》发表于湖南省《音乐教育与创作》杂志，该作品多次被国家和省市级大型文艺晚会所采用，其中包括2002年由国家文化部、中国轻音乐学会、中国音乐文学学会等单位主办的首届全国主旋律歌曲征集颁奖晚会由著名歌唱家杨洪基演唱，中央电视台播出；并在2004年10月1日天津市委、市政府、市文化局、天津电视台主办的庆祝中华人民共和国成立55周年大型文艺晚会上作为晚会尾声以现代歌舞的艺术形式放声高唱时代的主旋律《时代颂歌》，天津电视台播出。2004年参与创作的中国红十字会会歌《中国红十字会之歌》被评为全国歌词文艺创作一等奖，该首作品为庆祝中国红十字会建会一百周年在北京人民大会堂举办的中国红十字会百年庆典大型演唱会上演唱，中央电视台播出；2004年创作的新时期爱国主义题材歌词作品《世界只有一个中国》发表于中国音乐家协会《歌曲》杂志和中国和平统一促进会《统一论坛》杂志，并在2004年至2013年期间多次被世界华人艺术节、海峡两岸青少年艺术节、香港国际青少年艺术节等活动选作主题曲并演唱；2004年8月4日由世界华侨华人社团联合总会总发起、各国各地区华人华侨团体500多人在北京全国政协礼堂共同参与举办了"反台独、促统一"全球华侨华人同唱《世界只有一个中国》启动活动，这首歌曲在马来西亚、新加坡、印尼、菲律宾、泰国、美国、英国、奥地利等世界各地华侨华人中广泛传唱，它对弘扬爱国主义、凝聚华人情感、扩大文化交流、促进祖国统一起到积极而有力的宣传作用，有广泛的影响力。该作品被收录进中央文献出版社2009年编辑出版的歌曲集《放歌新中国》（二）、《爱国歌曲大家唱—爱国歌曲集》，并在《词刊》、《诗刊》、《诗林》、《艺海》、《民族文学》、《时代文学》、《前进》、《领航中国》、《广播歌选》等刊物刊载，同时被载入华人华侨文献、中国精品文艺作品文献、暨南大学图书馆精品文献库等，新华社、中新社、中央人民广播电台、中国国际广播电台华语台、《世界华人》杂志、香港文汇报、解放日报、人民日报（海外版）、美国侨报、中国网、人民网、新华网、新浪网、搜狐网、环球网、中国广播网、中国侨网、中国台湾网、中央统战部网、国家形势网、华夏联通网、华侨华人网、中国驻纽约总领事馆网等世界各大媒体及网站纷纷予以转载和报道。该作品于2012年在文化部中国音乐学会、中国大众音乐协会等专业组织举办的"放歌中华"全国大型音乐展评活动中荣获金奖。近年主要创作作品包括《黄河万古流》、《歌唱祖国兴安岭》（获奖作品）、《共和国建设者之歌》（获奖作品）、《中国红十字会之歌》（获奖作品）、《中国白衣战士之歌》、《时代颂歌》（获奖作品）、《世界只有一个中国》（获奖作品）、《我们的祖国叫中国》（少儿类获奖作品）、《歌儿唱给祖国听》、《我们是中国龙的传人》、《祖国统一，我们共同的期盼》、《两岸家和万事兴》、《守望家园》、《祖国的宝岛》、《长发女儿》、《忆江南》（获奖作品）、《赤水河》（获奖作品）、《船妹子》、《人民的子弟兵》、《蒙古英雄的奶酒》（获奖作品）、《祝福的酒歌》、《世界需要爱》等。其中《赤水河》荣获2011庆祝中国共产党成立90周年"唱支颂歌给党听"全国原创歌词作品创作一等奖，并作为红色歌曲被《长征组歌》选为演唱曲目。青少年爱国主义教育主题作品《我们的祖国叫中国》曾在2007年8月被选作为赴奥地利维也纳金色大厅和法国巴黎进行海外文化交流演出的演唱曲目获得一致好评。在中国共产党成立90周年系列纪念活动中作品《时代颂歌》《共和国建设者之歌》《赤水河》同时荣获全国征文评比一等奖，获奖作品入编《"唱支颂歌给党听"全国获奖音乐作品集》，《"放歌中华"全国原创音乐获奖歌曲集》，个人业绩入编大型系列文献《共和国建设档案》一书。
