夏玉明，1976年当兵之前为禄功县转龙锈桂泉大队文艺宣传队主力队员；1982年任空军第九总队二大队（团级单位）宣传队长，荣获团体表演一等奖，个人表演一等奖，节目创作二等奖（所有节目都是本人创作的）本人作词并亲自演唱的《战友的情怀》、《人生在世要感恩》演唱到哪里轰动到哪里；本人作词作曲的《公婆就是亲爹妈》、《湖泉的水哟暖洋洋》、《阿哥烧茶给妹喝》等深受听众欢迎。
