高立星1947年出生于北京市房山区西长沟村。1966年毕业于北京市房山区长沟中学，毕业后回村务农。1970年在《铁道兵八七二九部队》支建时，被评为"五好支建队员"。1978年被本村群众选为生产组长，工作期间并获奖励。1979年被本村群众选为生产队长。1982年获长沟镇政府颁发的"劳动致富"奖。1986年被长沟镇政府评为"模范会计"。1986年——1989年开办过"电机修理部"。1989年——1994年开办过"星河饮料厂"。1995年开办"碧玉茶庄"至今。2002年做过《中国茶叶》刊物的通讯员。在2002年第二期《中国茶叶》刊物上发表诗歌"咏茶"。2006年在中国音乐家协会歌曲编辑部等部门主办的《世界之春•中国民族民间歌曲演创高端选萃》中，本人创作的《我像蜜蜂采花蜜》获金奖，《歌唱祥和》获银奖。并荣获"中国民歌优秀词曲作家"奖。2007年在《奥运之春•中国民族民间歌曲演创高端选萃》中，本人创作的《月夜情歌》获"十大金曲"金奖，《尕妹妹》获金奖，《好姑娘》获银奖。并荣获"中国民歌创作优秀专家"奖。2008年在《文艺之春•中国民族 民间歌曲演创高端选萃》中，本人创作的《金色的太阳》获"十大金曲"金奖，《牧羊山歌》获金奖，《草原春光》获银奖，《姐妹采茶像天仙》和《爱家乡》获铜奖。并荣获"中国民歌创作民间艺术大师"奖。2008年在中国大众音协主办的《感动中国---2008年全国首届新创歌曲、歌词大赛》中，本人创作的《金色的太阳》获二等奖，并选入了《感动中国---音乐创作与实践》。2008年在中国音乐家协会主办的第二期《歌曲》中，发表了由我主创的奥运歌曲《五洲朋友来相会》。2008年在文化部艺术服务中心主办的"中国第五届群众创作歌曲大赛"中，本人为唐诗谱曲的《早发白帝城》和《游子呤》获铜奖，并选入《神州歌海》。2008年在由中国大众音乐协会等单位主办的第九届"北极星群英杯"全国词曲创作笔会作品评比中，荣获"十大即兴创作"奖。2008年8月加入"中国大众音乐协会"和"中国音乐文学学会"。2008年10月本人创作的歌曲《金色的太阳》入编《感动中国---音乐创作与实践》。2008年11月被中华名人系列丛书编辑部选入《中华名人铭鉴》。2008年12月在风云杂志社等单位主办的"中国改革创新风云人物"评选活动中，荣获"特别金爵奖"，并获"中国改革创新风云人物"荣誉称号。2008年12月被中国百科文库出版社和中国国际专家学者联谊会选入《中国知名专家学者辞典》第四卷。并加入"中国国际专家学者联谊会"。2009年4月在中国大众音乐协会、中国音乐文学学会、北京卫视阳光国际文化传播有限公司等单位主办的（1949---2009）庆祝中华人民共和国成立六十周年，"2009年中国杯共和国六十周年优秀词曲、歌手、乐手展示大赛"中，本人创作的歌曲《长城》获银奖。2009年6月在《祖国之春•中国民族民间歌曲演创高端选萃》中，本人创作的歌曲《伟大祖国万万岁》获十大金曲金奖，歌曲《长城》获金奖，《喜马拉雅》和《站在山坡唱山歌》获银奖，《不唱山歌心不爽》获铜奖，《咏茶》、《春歌春曲顺口来》、《向我望一望》、《恭贺新禧》、《登山调》获优秀歌曲奖。2009年6月加入北京市房山区文联音乐舞蹈家协会。2009年7月本人创作的歌曲《我的祝愿》在中国大众音乐协会主办的"感动中国新创歌曲、歌词选拔活动"中荣获二等奖。并选入《感动中国---建国六十周年原创作品精选》。2009年10月在"祖国之春•中国民族民间歌曲演创高端选萃"中，本人荣获"中国民族功勋词曲作家奖"和"中国民歌创作杰出贡献专家奖"。本月加入"中国音乐文化促进会"。2009年11月本人入编《建国六十周年全国优秀词曲•音乐老师人物辞典》一书。本月二十日被《华夏音乐》杂志特聘担任特邀编委职务。本月二十九日被《科技创辉煌》编辑委员会等单位评为"百佳中华科技人才"特别荣誉奖。十二月被中华人民共和国日史编辑委员会入编《中国和平崛起---中国社会发展兴国人物大典》。2011年5月被北京华夏大众医学研究院和中华国医群英会组委会评为"中华国医群英会会员"。2012年7月本人创作的《中华春常在》在第十三届"中华之春•中国民族歌曲演创大赛"中荣获"中国民歌精品金奖"，并荣获"中国民歌创作中华之光贡献奖"。本月被世界华人音乐家宝典编纂委员会评选为"2012年度《铭人心歌•世界华人音乐宝典》人物之中国当代优秀曲作家"。2012年12月被世界文化艺术研究中心和世界人物出版社入编《世界名人録 》并任世界文化艺术研究中心副理事长。2013年7月加入（曾仕强易友会）成为易友会会员。2013年7月本人创作的歌曲《歌唱春光》在第十四届"江山之春•中国民族歌曲演创大奖赛"中荣获"中国民歌精品金"奖。并荣获"中国民族创作国乐之光贡献"奖。2013年11月由中国未来研究会、中国高科技产业化研究会、发现杂志社授予本人论文"生物起源"为《2013年中国科技创新卓越成果奖》。
