刘振明，中国音乐文学学会会员、陕西省音乐家协会会、宝鸡市音乐文学学会副主席、宝鸡市职工音乐家办会副主席，中国音乐家协会会员、从事音乐创作三十余年，曾在国家省市级音乐刊物发表歌词，歌曲二百余首，有七十多首获各种奖劢，为中国音乐家典入纊音乐家。《我是中国人》获95流行歌曲大赛一等奖，歌曲《一片红叶》获2006年全国少儿歌曲一等奖，歌曲《闪闪的烛光》获2013年唱响心中的歌——感动中国新创词曲大赛一等奖并荣获2012年僵国群众歌曲大赛金奖，歌曲《金钟响起来》获2006年中国音乐金钟奖优秀歌曲作品奖，爱到中国音乐金钟奖组委会的奖励，歌曲相约澳门获第四届世界合唱比赛优秀歌曲奖，被厦门合唱团演唱，制成CD专辑发行，歌曲《中华石鼓》荣获2012年全国群众歌曲大赛银奖，并获宝鸡市职工音乐家协会最佳原创音乐奖。
