谭蕾，艺名一蕾，四川达州人。四川省作家协会会员，四川省音乐家协会会员，四川省达州市达川市文化馆办公室主任。2009年8月，诗歌作品《岁月如歌》获"中华之魂"全国优秀文学作品征文一等奖；2010年3月，诗歌作品《我要再寻他一千年》获首届"星光杯"感动中华全国大型征文一等奖；2011年个人诗歌专辑《花开几何》由中国文联出版社公开发行；2013年论文《试论非物质文化遗产在新农村文艺创作中的作用》获全国新农村文艺创作优秀论文奖；2014年3月原创歌曲《梦想》获"中国梦"全国原创歌曲大赛作品二等奖。多年来在国内诸多精品刊物《诗刊》、《读者》、《四川群众文化》等发表作品200余件，多次在国内各种征文大赛及诗歌散文演讲大赛中获奖。在文化战线以音乐、文学创作和节目主持为专业。
