贾琴圣，天津人。青年小提琴演奏家、中国提琴之友学会会员、中国东方演艺集团东方交响乐团副首席、北京少儿小提琴教育协会会员、北京华人爱乐交响团客座首席、北京东城区少年宫外聘小提琴教师。毕业于中央民族大学音乐学院，师从我国著名小提琴教育家隋克强教授、王治隆教授、王振山教授。两次获得全国器乐大赛小提琴青年专业组的金奖，曾在全国多地举办个人独奏音乐会与演出。在演奏同时也重视教育事业，在教学方面掌握完善的教学体系，培养的学生均在省市、全国的比赛中荣获嘉奖。
