杨晓虹，云南昆明人。从小酷爱舞蹈，对舞蹈有浓厚的兴趣，然而凭借惊人的舞蹈天赋、勤学、苦练十年。多才多艺，自编、自导、自排、自教的舞蹈多次获奖。如：在首届滇池之光文艺汇演中，编排的藏族舞蹈"天路"荣获一等奖。在每年的各单位的汇演、编排各种类型舞蹈都获奖。

2003年参加云南省文化厅批准举办的"国际艺术潮流舞蹈培训班"学习培训。经考试合格，获得昆明市文学艺术界联合会，昆明舞蹈家协会颁发的结业证书。
