陈月海，中国大众音协会员，贵州省音乐家协会会员，遵义市音乐家协会副主席，仁怀市音乐家协会主席。曾任部队文工团演奏员，先后在市文化馆、师范学校工作，从事音乐教育多年，被评为"全国艺术教育先进个人"。九一年起致力音乐创作，主要获奖作品《盐津河•我心中流淌的歌》（金奖），《贵州有个后山乡》（金奖）《赤水河纤夫》（金奖）。先后入选中国音乐家协会歌曲编辑部出版发行的《中国民族歌曲》（选碎）十余首。荣获中国民族歌曲演创优秀专家和"中华之光"贡献奖。《遵义红• 遵义香》（歌曲月刊发表）。参加2012、2013、2014年中国大众音协举办词曲创作大赛，《酒乡妹子》《花开的池塘》《家乡的老榕树》分别荣获创作词、曲金奖。著有《盐津河•心中流淌的歌》歌曲集出版发行。
