马惠娟，女，生于1965年8月，籍贯陕西。2013年开始歌词创作。师承于我国著名词曲作家李红林先生。现为世界华人音乐家协会会员、宝鸡市职工音乐家协会常务理事。先后有《春天里的思念》、《哦，我的爸爸》、《妈妈的宝贝》、《拥抱妈妈》等作品，发表于《神州歌海》、中国广播电视出版中心（CD专辑）、《湖北音乐文学》、《西部词家》等报刊。曾获得宝鸡市第二届原创音乐最佳作品奖。有三首作品制成MV在中华演出网上传播。

Ma Huijuan, female, born in 1965 August, Shaanxi province. 2013 began writing lyrics. A disciple of famous Chinese writer Mr. Li Honglin. He is now executive director of World Chinese Musicians Association member, Baoji city workers musicians association.
