张广锋，笔名鸿羽，男，1974年7月生。中国音乐文学学会、中国音乐著作权协会会员，现任甘肃矿区报社编辑。主要从事歌词、散文写作，《异性朋友》、《幸福三宝》、《一个人和一座城市》、《分手情人节》、等多首作品刊发于《词刊》、《歌曲》。歌词《铭记七月》获感动中国第二届新创词曲大赛二等奖，《别在深秋》获精短歌词大赛银奖。个人歌曲代表作为《铭记七月》、《深秋》。
