40年来，一直耕耘在教学第一线，集学习进修、教学教研、演唱实践，积累了一些成果：

一、创作词曲4首，其中《凯德之歌》获市二等奖；撰写教研论文20余篇，其中《音乐教学三整合》在《中国教师报》上获评一等奖；编写高考辅导声乐讲座10篇，编著校本教材《音乐》一本。

二、培养、辅送中专、大学生70余人。

三、曾担任县“百灵文工团”主唱（伴奏、主持）县市青少年活动中心教师。
