白尼，江苏苏州。
号静韵楼主。诗人、词人、作家、画师、收藏家、艺术品鉴定师等。
出版诗集《紫色的忧郁》（上海人民出版社）、《月亮门》（对外贸易出版社）；《淡泊江南（外二首）》、《竹马（外一首）》、《中国魂（外一首）》等，均荣获全国征文一等奖；在国家级文集、杂志、报刊不断发表诗作；当地电台予以专题采访，录制《情动江南——白尼诗作欣赏》专辑播出；诗作（有些附刊简介）刊于《黄河诗报》、《雨花》、《新中国红色诗词欣赏》、《光辉的旗帜》、《新时期爱国主义诗词读本》、《参花*文化视界》、《新苑集萃（作家获奖作品集）》、《当代诗词名家志》、《新时期爱国主义诗词格言读本》、《时代的强音》、《光辉的旗帜》、《苏州杂志》创刊号整版刊出等。
出版长篇小说《私生活》（作家出版社）、《十夜》（作家出版社）；《私生活（节选）》荣获中国作家金秋笔会全国征文一等奖，并入编《中国作家创作书系*中国作家创作获奖作品集（2010卷）》；《十夜（节选）》入编中国作家获奖作品集；《私生活》、《十夜》，被国内多家图书馆收藏；简介入编《中国当代作家大辞典（2011卷）》等。
曾受聘“江南杯”全国歌曲大赛评委；苏州市企业家、音乐家联谊会理事。
歌曲《火流星》（白尼、文琴词，冯世全曲），曾获华浪杯中国新潮歌星大赛金奖；歌曲《请你呼唤我》（白尼词，冯世全曲），被海南音像公司录入盒带发行；多次在《词刊》、《北方音乐》、《江苏音乐小杂志》、《江苏音乐》、《江南音乐》、《音乐小杂志》、《天津词报》、《新歌诗》等省级以上报刊、杂志、文集发表词作；简介词作入编《江苏百家词作选》、《词族部落高地》等。
2008年11月在《词刊》发表《只因是缘（外三首）》，荣获2009年中国作家创作年会一等奖，入编《中国作家创作书系》；2013年9月，刊于《词刊》的词作《爱在眉宇间飞（外一首）》，一经面世便引起反响，被北京、上海、南京、吉林等各地的知名音乐家相继谱曲，歌曲《旧照片》（白尼词，束成贤曲），刊于2014年3月号《歌曲》杂志；词作《只因是缘》、《夜的祈祷》，入编《中国共产党之歌》第四卷等。
2009年5月，白尼成功举办个人画展，画作被一些企业和个人收藏，亦被拍卖公司成功拍卖，报纸、杂志多次予以刊登；简介、画作等，在国家级精品期刊《参花*文化视界》刊出；多次参与书画联展等。
白尼还是一位颇具声名的古银器收藏家，收藏历朝历代古银器两千多（套），当地的电视台、电台、杂志，多次予以专题采访与报道；荣获苏州市收藏家荣誉称号及荣誉证书，是被社会个界公认的古银器收藏家，亦获苏州市紧缺人才资格证书；经常发表收藏研究古银器方面的文章，被苏州藏协推举为藏界人物；个人简介等有关信息，刊登于国内多家权威网站等。
系中国世界华人作家艺术家协会理事；中国高级专家学者联合会、中国收藏家协会、中国音乐文学学会、江苏省作协、省音协、省古陶瓷研究会会员；苏州《平江艺苑》执行主编；《苏州收藏》编委；国家级艺术品鉴定师等。
