吴亚东，男，生于1952年，江苏省音乐家协会会员，淮安市民间艺术家协会会员，曾任淮安市清河区北京路街道办事处党政办主任和淮安市北京路文化中心主任等职务，清河区政协委员，市知名男低音，江苏省优秀指导教师。他音域宽广，音色醇厚，最低音可达小字组C，实属罕见。曾演唱过《杨白劳》、《跳蚤之歌》、《老人河》等男低音经典曲目。他曾担任：江苏省首届北京路社区艺术节总策划、总导演、淮安市各类声乐、器乐、合唱比赛评委、淮安市清河区2001淮扬菜美食节开幕式导演。曾荣获：淮安市人民政府颁发的文艺汇演音乐剧创作二等奖、江苏省音乐家协会颁发的江苏省优秀指导教师。此外，多次辅导淮安市各部、委、办、局以及社会团体大合唱比赛，并获得一等奖。
