高凤娜，辽宁阜新人。

毕业于锦州师院阜新师专。

1982年参加工作。1982至1997年当中学教师。1997年至2007年在本市文化市场办任文书。2007年至今在本市艺术创作研究室任创作员。

1981年第一首歌词《排坛女将》谱曲演唱获奖。1987年第一届散文发表。2004年拾笔创作。

2007年至今，获本省艺术节剧目金奖，中国科协剧本大赛三等奖。

歌词获感动中国网上大赛优秀奖，首届北京民族之声音乐赛金银奖，21世纪华人音乐赛一等奖，全球草原歌词大奖赛佳作奖。

四次获本省艺术科学论文奖状。本市玛瑙奖项。

在各级报刊发表歌词、散文、评论等上百篇。

正结集出版歌诗《日月琴》、剧本《八月天》、散文《蒙古贞的灯》三本书。
