李强，生于1972年，音乐教育家，江苏省清浦中学校长助理，江苏省音乐家协会会员，淮安市音乐家协会理事，淮安市第七届人大代表，淮安市清浦区第八届政协委员，江苏省骨干教师。曾获：教育部中小学艺术展演指导二等奖、教育厅中小学生艺术展演一等奖、全国优秀特长生辅导铜奖、江苏省音乐家协会优秀指导教师、上海音乐学院考级优秀指导教师等荣誉。多次担任市文联、教育主管部门举办的合唱比赛评委。曾开设多节市级公开课、观摩课，受到与会领导和老师们的一致赞扬。此外，又多篇论文在国家、省市级获奖和发表。
