乔明全，男，四川汉源人。毕业于四川经济管理学院。
中国音乐文学会会员，中国音乐著作权协会会员，县作家协会、音乐家协会、书法家协会会员。副县级退休干部，省劳模。峨影导演系在读四年结业，自修汉语言文学专业，经济管理本科毕业，大学文化。长期业余创造诗歌、散文、歌词、作词评。结交不同风格词曲唱艺人交流提高。从2013年5月份至今，发表原创歌曲85首，发表歌词135首。其中，在央视音乐之家海选入围新春音乐会展示优秀歌曲6首，刊入由中国文艺出版社发行的《百年中国千家词》歌词三首，刊登黑龙江省出版社出版《夕阳爱歌》歌曲集歌曲7首，刊登黑龙江省《词坛》歌曲4首，刊登云南省《七彩词花》歌词2首，全国KTV上架发行歌曲5首，制作歌曲MV高清视频25首，制作彩铃1首。2013年9月，原创《想起你的时候》歌曲入选获得上海市百强作品新人奖。2014年7月，由中国大众音乐家协会、全国总工会文工团、中国乐坛杂志社、中国艺术家协会，千名音乐人唱响"中国梦，庐山情"大音组委会共同主办征集歌曲比赛活动中，我创作的《庐山恋歌》荣获金奖，《草原天堂美》荣获银奖。
