丁小冰，女，广西南宁人。毕业于广西艺术学院师范系音乐专业。又名丁进红，笔名：两笔。中国音协广西分会会员；南宁市音协会员；华夏音乐社会员，中华文艺传承与发展战略研究会会员；北京英语沙龙俱乐部会员；上海《Do Re Nli》杂志通讯员；中国音著权协会会员。1985年毕业于广西艺术学院，分配在南宁市第二十七中任音乐教师，曾任美术教师、英语教师和校团委书记。1999年从二十七中分流到南宁市第八中学任教于艺术学科目的教员至今（现已退休）。12岁尝试写歌曲，如今已有几十首歌曲问世，被杜春梅、耿为华、花之悦及北京儿童合唱团演唱并输入电脑，分别都获国家级一、二、三等奖个人，擅长粤语演唱，能写、能唱、能跳；歌曲《九寨沟的水》已在北京"馆藏"入选《献礼十八大—全国文艺人物大辞典》；被授予"广西音乐人"称号。
