周万波，男，贵州遵义人。

于1998年提前退休后参加了本市著名的"红叶合唱团"，多次获得《优秀学员》证书，并多次参加国际、国内级的合唱比赛且都获得不同类别的奖项，除合唱外，期间参加的有：

2000年由贵州省组办的"贵州省民族民间歌手大赛"中获二等奖。

2008年参加由市电视台选送考北京参加由中央电视台录制的《金色舞台》歌手比赛中获优秀奖。

2009年参加的由老城社区举办的"红歌我来唱，走向新长征"比赛获一等奖。

2010年参加贵州省在梵净山举办的民歌大赛中获金奖。

2012年参加遵义市面向全国举办的红歌比赛中获二等奖。
