萧惟炳，男，贵州遵义人。毕业于贵州大学。

1979年3月在解放军报发表所作词、曲《祖国啊，我们胜利归来了》。

2004年6月在遵义日报发表所作词、曲《美丽的贵州》。

2009年6月创作的《尚嵇颂》歌曲，在同年12月获贵州省地方文艺表演一等奖。

2011年7月创作的《茶山关》歌曲，被遵义市委宣传部列入《颂歌献给党》歌曲集。

2012年所创《仙人山之歌》被遵义电视台多次播放。

2013年创作的《神奇的米筛井》歌曲，被遵义县列入2014年春晚节目，并在遵义市电视台播放。

Xiao Weibing, male, Guizhou Zunyi people. Graduated from the Guizhou University.

In 1979 March published the lyrics, song "the motherland in the Liberation Army Daily ah, we returned home in triumph.".

In 2004 June in Zunyi daily published the lyrics, the song "beautiful Guizhou".

In 2009 June the creation of "Shang Ji song" song, in December the same year was awarded the first prize in Guizhou province local artistic performances.

In 2011 July the creation of "Cha Shan Guan" songs, by the Zunyi municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department included in "Ode to the party" songs.

In 2012 a "fairy mountain song" by Zunyi television broadcast several times.

In 2013 the creation of "magic rice sieve well" songs, was Zunyi County included in the 2014 Spring Festival Gala, and broadcast in Zunyi TV station.
