陈黔生，男，河南人。几十年来创造歌曲百余首、舞蹈音乐十余个（段），有歌曲作品教见于省市级刊物和收入集子，也获过奖。其中歌曲《爱的山岗，爱的海洋》入围"中国杯新创作歌曲、歌词暨论文大赛"全国总决赛，歌曲《绣花群》入选"红歌·中国—全国大型原创新红歌作品集"，入集"唱响心中的歌—感动中国原创歌曲·红歌作品精选"，歌曲《我漫步在家乡的小河边》获"中国梦，音乐情—全国优秀原创词曲精选"，荣获一等奖，受邀到京参加颁奖典礼，歌曲《牵挂》入选全国男高音原创作品精选；获得过"音乐创作铜奖"，"感动中国、音乐功勋奖"等荣誉。

现为中国大众音乐协会会员，贵州省音协会员，六盘水市音协理事，盘县音乐舞蹈协会主席，盘县民族民间文化促进会理事、音乐舞蹈组组长。2002年至2008年担任县歌舞团团长。
