黎文萍，湖南长沙人，毕业于湖南湘大哲学系。从少年时代起一直酷爱音乐，曾多方拜师学技艺。参加工作后，因长期从事团队工作和工会工作，所以经常参与与组织各类型的文艺活动、或编排、或表演（参与会唱、领唱、独唱等）、或当评委，其表演得到诸多表扬，技艺上也有了一定的进步，并具备一定的组织管理能力。特别是近几年来，参与社会活动增多，经常有幸向业内的老师（如蔡庭瑞老师、李娜老师等）学习、请教，歌唱技巧又有了一定的提升。
