朱华，男，汉族，硕士研究生，副教授，男高音。在十几年的教学实践与学习生涯中，曾获得由国家、省、地各级举办的比赛及优秀辅导教师奖项多个，在省级以上刊物发表论文多篇。曾分别在上海音乐学院、新疆师范大学、新疆库尔勒市成功举办个人独唱音乐会，受到社会各界专家、教授们的一致好评。培养了一大批成绩优秀的学生，他们有的考上了全国重点音乐学院，有的在各级比赛中频频获奖。现任新疆巴音学院声乐教研室主任、教学名师。具体获奖情况如下：

2013年7月，在第十届中国优秀特长生异舒吉活动中获得最佳指导奖。

2011年11月，在巴音学院首届教师教学大赛中获得一等奖，并被命名为学院教学名师。

2011年1月，在第七届《德艺双馨》中国文艺展示活动中获得优秀指导教师奖。

2009年8月，在中国音协第三届"成才之路"演唱比赛中获二等奖。

2006年12月，在新疆大中专声乐教师技能大赛中荣获演唱一等奖。

2005年7月，在"新艺杯"钢琴大赛中荣获优秀教师指导奖。

2003年9月，在中国音乐学院音乐考级辅导中成绩突出，被评为优秀辅导教师。

2002年4月，在新疆巴州地区第三届歌手大赛中荣获一等奖。

1999年12月，在新疆生产建设兵团农二师"金土地杯"青年歌手大赛中荣获一等奖。

1998年4月，在新疆生产建设兵团器乐独奏大赛中，荣获钢琴二等奖。

Zhu Hua, male, the Han nationality, associate professor, Master graduate student, tenor. In 1999 December, the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps of two divisions of the "land of gold cup" young singers competition won the first prize.

In 1998 April, the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps instrumental solo competition, won the two prize in the piano.
