高峰，男，江苏南京人，毕业于湘潭大学。爱好音乐。18岁开始作曲。知青期间，多年参加文艺宣传队。从事歌曲创作。退休后参加群众合唱团，教唱歌曲。同时也配合形式编写一些合唱歌曲，并发表在报刊、杂志上。县歌征集也曾获奖。近期作品有：《健康宣言歌》、《健康生活方式进家庭》、《辉煌十二五 健康增一岁》、《永远之年》等。中国大众音乐协会会员。
